A customer is seeking a Project Delivery Manager in the Denver, CO area.
- This role involves working on a platform called Contact Management that handles enterprise user email preferences and notifications.
- This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business goals.
- Project & Program Management: Manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Coordination & Collaboration: Coordinate multiple teams, including four different teams that sit slightly outside of the
- Enterprise organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within groups.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective communication plans with project teams and key stakeholders, including developers and technical product owners.
- Daily Scrum Management: Handle daily scrums and provide day-to-day direction to project resources, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Change Management: Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
- Documentation & Reporting: Responsible for the preparation of documentation, status reports, and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Technical Coordination: While the role does not require technical expertise in SQL or query pulling, it involves coordinating with teams that have database knowledge and experience with systems like Postgres, AWS, and Informatica.
- Can pay $55-60/h

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex IT projects.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on managing projects involving enterprise systems and large customer support platforms.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with database systems (Postgres, AWS, Informatica) and experience in coordinating projects with multiple interconnected systems.
Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Tools: Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
