Job Description

The Sustainability Data & Reporting Program Manager plays a crucial role in Charter's Corporate Services organization, focusing on climate-related measurement, management, and reporting of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. This position supports the Sustainability department by delivering strong data analysis, reporting, and relationship-building to measure Charter's carbon footprint, drive operational efficiencies, and lower emissions. With a strong emphasis on data integrity, process consistency, and reporting accuracy, the role involves reporting GHG inventory data in various formats, utilizing carbon accounting software like Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, and supporting cross-functional stakeholders in data collection and validation. Additionally, the Program Manager consolidates emissions reduction initiatives, supports process improvements, and conducts research on GHG protocols and climate data accounting methods. The pay range for this role starts at $35/hr and ranges up depending on years of experience. This position reports to the Senior Director of Sustainability and works closely with the Sr Sustainability Analyst to ensure the success of Charter's Sustainability program. Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of Data Analytics or related functional experience
2+ years of Sustainability or greenhouse gas / carbon accounting experience
Familiarity with greenhouse gas emission accounting standards and guidelines (GHG Protocol)
Strong Excel experience, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP
Experience with online content management/collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint)
Experience with sustainability reporting systems like CDP, GRI, EcoVadis, etc.
Experience with Salesforce Net Zero Cloud or calculating corporate emissions in any top-tier carbon accounting software

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Knowledge of the telecommunications, technology and connectivity industries
Public accounting or consulting experience
