Developing assembly schedules and communicating tasks to internal teams.
Conveying progress and issues to leadership.
Assisting in data preparation and basic analysis for engineering and leadership review.
Manage and maintain technical documentation, reports, and specifications.
Coordinate procurement and delivery of custom hardware for R&D development projects.
Organize and refine measurement data from various test platforms.
Communicate technical information to internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate scheduling and tracking of complex optical assembly design, fabrication, and evaluation activities.

Associates degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline
5+ years of related professional experience
Experience communicating and coordinating technical activities using collaboration software tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion)
Proactive and detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical teams
