Job Description

An employer based at Buckley AFB is hiring for a Power Plant Manager to support the management of a physical plant providing continuous power and cooling to data centers and mission operations. They will be responsible for a team of plat operators on a mission-critical operations, maintenance, engineering, procurement, building services, and renovations program. They will help coordinate work on site that will impact infrastructure, and help support the performance of maintenance.

This is a permanent full-time role supporting a large government program and end customer. This person will be required to be on site 5 days a week at Buckley AFB. A TSSCI clearance is required, Polygraph preferred. This role is posted at $150,000/yr - $180,000/yr based on skillset and tenure.

Required Skills & Experience

Active TSSCI Clearance, Polygraph preferred. Must be willing to obtain a Polygraph

7+ years of facility, power plant, or critical infrastructure operations exp

4+ years management or supervisory experience in a related field

Demonstrated experience incorporating applicable ESH practices across responsible work areas
