Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Director of Field Marketing and Demand Generation for a client within the IAM industry across North America and LATAM. This key role involves designing and executing data-driven strategies to generate demand across various regions and industries, while leading a high-performing team to meet ambitious growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise marketing, demand generation strategies, program development, B2B technology, and cybersecurity, excelling in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years in demand generation, including pipeline management in B2B technology; 5+ years in leadership roles.
Deep understanding of the B2B buyer's journey; ability to design tailored marketing programs.
Proven success in collaborating with sales teams to align strategies, build trust, and achieve shared goals.
Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
Skilled in CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, intent data platforms); expert in enterprise lead management and marketing attribution.
