An employer in Loveland, CO is looking for a 6 month contract to hire rebate accountant. This role will be fully onsite in Loveland 5 days a week and will pay up to 35.00 an hour. This person will assist in month end entries to record rebate accruals and rebate activity, reconcile and monitor assigned balance sheet and P&L accounts,
track and allocate rebates received during the year to ensure proper accounting treatment,
work with Strategic Supply Managers to complete inventory revaluations and product cost adjustments within accounting system,
work with Strategic Supply Managers on inventory protection programs allocating terms to locations carrying applicable inventory as well as working capital adjustments as needed.

Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Related Field.
1+ years of practical accounting experience plus demonstrated leadership skills.
Working knowledge with ERP systems, knowledge of PeopleSoft and/or SAP is an asset.
