Job Description

A team in Boulder, Colorado is looking to add a Marketing Campaign Manager to their team! This person will have a strong background in managing and executing paid marketing campaigns, particularly through Facebook Ads. This role involves close collaboration with the Creative Director and creative team, providing necessary support and resources. The manager will analyze full funnel metrics, including click-through rates, net new acquisitions, and reactivations, gather and interpret data using tools like PostHog, Google Analytics, DOMO, SEMrush, and Google Suite. Additionally, they will manage and optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS), ensuring efficient use of the budget. Leading awareness campaigns and bottom-of-funnel initiatives to drive conversions and sign-ups is also a key responsibility. Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Campaign Manager
Proven experience in managing paid marketing campaigns, particularly on Facebook.
CAC and ROAS experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics.
Proficiency in tools such as PostHog, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Suite.
Experience in managing customer acquisition costs and optimizing return on ad spend.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working in churches or faith-based organizations
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
