Proven experience as a System Administrator with strong knowledge of configuration management.
Experience with Splunk as a communication pathway.
Solid understanding of networking principles and practices.
Background in Linux/Red Hat environments.
Experience with other monitoring and logging tools.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
