Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Instrumentation Engineer to join a company in Denver, CO. This person will be responsible for technical matters and program support with the client's capture, launch, design, field investigation or start up of associated microgrids and electrical resiliency projects.

Additional responsibilities:
- Provide owners engineer type support for their current microgrid work.
- Review and answer technical RFIs from their GC around battery and solar installations
- Review Proposals from EPC firms on future Microgrid work for technical competency
- Help develop process for growing their microgrid program
- Initiative to understand and learn their interconnection process to help steward the EPC firms

This person needs to be comfortable working in our Denver office 3 days a week.

Pay range starts at 100,000 annual salary, final offer is dependent on years of experience and interview

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of electrical engineering specifically within battery, solar, transmission/distribution
Engineering degree- Electrical discipline preferred

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Oil & Gas industry experience
Background with microgrid/renewables
