Insight Global looking for a Docsis Network Architect to join a growing team for a large telecommunications company in Englewood, CO. On a day-to-day basis this architect will Troubleshoot and resolves escalated Access and CPE device field issues. They will also perform assessments on existing technologies to determine performance and capacity gaps as well as provide recommendations to optimize network infrastructure. Additional requirements may including testing and tuning security devices and systems, programming routers and switches and implementing communications technologies (data or voice). This position is onsite 4 days per week and estimated pay range is between 55-70/hr depending on years of experience

10+ years of professional experience in a Networking role in the telecommunications industry
Advanced knowledge of the DOCSIS and EPON standards including DOCSIS 3.0 and 3.1
Working knowledge of CMTS platforms including: Casa C100G, Arris E6000 and Cisco cBR8
Working knowledge of switch platforms including: Cisco NCS/ASR and Juniper PTX/QFX/ACX
RPHY: Harmonic vCMTS and RPDs or Vecima RPDs
