Job Description

A client of Insight Globals is looking for a Customer Support Analyst to join their team. This person will be providing Service Desk Support services with a specific focus on supporting the companies web services and mobile app while working with the public, law enforcement, and businesses. This person will provide Tier I and Tier II support for customers by analyzing, diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues associated with the application, desktop computers, and mobile computing devices (laptops, network, and local printers, PDAs.) They will be resolving or escalating user problems associated with enterprise-level services and applications. This role is fully remote but you must live within the State of Colorado. For this position your work week starts Tuesday and ends on Saturday, and your hours will be from 9am - 6pm. Apply today and join an amazing team!



Pay Rate: $19-21/hr

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ Years working in Customer Support

- Experience working with a ticketing system

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to collaborate well with others

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Telecom or mobile phone customer service experience
