Insight Global is looking for a Critical Infrastructure Engineer with extensive experience in systems engineering standards from major telecommunications providers. This role involves designing and specifying materials for AC and DC power equipment, including commercial AC power entries, switchboards, transformers, generators, UPS systems, rectifiers, power distribution, batteries, grounding systems, fire control systems, and HVAC. The engineer will also maintain central office records, update floor plans and equipment drawings, and complete capacity management reports for all AC and DC power equipment. Responsibilities include managing maintenance vendors, developing best practices, writing MOPs, ensuring maintenance activities follow approved procedures, and evaluating vendor field service reports.
This person can work in Denver, CO or remote anywhere in the United States and flexibility is essential to support after-hours maintenance requests. This position is looking to pay 38-43/hr based on skills and experience as well as benefits are offered through Insight Global while on contract.

5 + Years of experience working in critical infrastructure for a telecom company
Project management experience
Experience with AC power distribution and DC power plant systems
Experience working with Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) and cooling systems (HVAC)
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
Experience in Microsoft Office, SalesForce, and Database applications
