Job Description

Day to Day:
A growing travel company in Boulder, Colorado is seeking a Senior Paid Search Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing SEM strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and bookings. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing and analyzing campaigns on Google Ads, conducting in-depth keyword analysis, creating compelling ad copy, and managing budgets. Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
Minimum 4-6 years of experience managing and optimizing SEM campaigns
Proven track record in utilizing SEM platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
Experience in campaign analysis and reporting, leveraging tools like Looker and Tableau
Ability to develop and implement SEM strategies that drive traffic, increase engagement, and maximize ROI
Proficiency in budget management for SEM campaigns on both holistic and individual campaign levels

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Performance Max, Google's goal-based campaign type
Experience working in the travel industry
Experience with SEM in a seasonal, service-based role
