Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Automation of current manual reporting and support other business units to create data availability.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support various business and marketing initiatives.
Marketing Data Analytics/ Database Management:
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract data from multiple sources.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and validations.
- Performance advanced calculations on existing and new data sets
- Comfortable with transformations for flattening/ anonymizing PII data/ prep for exports and/or visualizations
- Collaborate with the IT, Sales, Technical Operations teams, Data Engineering teams to improve database systems and processes.
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- This role is paying $45-55/hr

Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Can replaced by a combined number of years in field and skill level.
5-7 years of experience in data analysis, database management, and analytics.
Proven experience working with marketing data and understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.
Advanced coding skills in SQL and/or Python for data manipulation and notebook/job creation.
Proficiency in SQL for querying and preparing or flattening large datasets.
Experience with cloud-based database management systems (e.g., Redshift, Databricks, SQL Server).
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., R, Python)
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience using GIT
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
