A financial client of Insight Global is looking for a Document Control Specialist II to support a Treasury project. This Document Control Specialist will oversee daily treasury tasks, including system administration and compliance activities crucial for effective treasury operations. We are looking for someone who can facilitate documentation requests for signatory updates and signature collection while collaborating with banks to confirm signature requirements for legal purposes. This individual will support access to banking services and liquidity while following best practices and maintaining proper controls. This Document Control Specialist will be assisting with daily tasks related to supporting Treasuring operations, including overseeing bank accounts, coordinating global signatories, and ensuring effective governance of the Treasury function. Further, this individual will facilitate bank account opening and closure requests, manage the bank portal while keeping end users informed, and handle documentation requests like signer updates, KYC requests, and collecting signatures. This Document Control Specialist will be responsible for ensuring SOX compliance and other internal controls related to bank documents, cash transfers, and online access. Further responsibilities include assisting with internal and external audits related to treasury matters and assisting any additional treasury projects as required, like merging companies or implementing new systems.
We are looking for a detail oriented, organized individual with excellent analytical skills. This is a hybrid position, with 2 days a week mandatory on-site in Englewood, Colorado. * 1-3 years of finance, accounting or treasury experience.
* Experience in cash management operations including bank account administration, payments and onboarding.
* Experience reading and analyzing documents thoroughly in their entirety.
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
