A client of Insight Globals is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to bring your engineering, salesforce expertise and automation skills to join their CDM Salesforce Admin team. In this role you will work with the Salesforce administration team on a variety of tasks listed below. This individual will help with installing new software releases and system upgrades, evaluate and install patches, and resolves software related problems. Performs system backups and recovery. Maintain data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity. Technologies supported include operating systems, servers, networks, system security, hardware and other software applications. Troubleshoots system issues and resolves or escalates. Creates and updates system documentation, including configurations and backup procedures.
Pay Range for this role is from $56-$67/hr
