Job Description

A small travel company in Boulder, Colorado is looking to add a Travel Sales Specialist to their growing team! As a Travel Sales Specialist you will be in charge of helping travelers with personalized itineraries for a desired location and making sense of complex travel products. Your objective is to achieve a high conversion rate and maximize sales volumes but leveraging excellent communication and sales skills. This role is offering a base salary of $56,000 + commission. Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Sales
- Background in travel-related roles (e.g., travel agent, flight attendant) or personal travel experience, particularly abroad
- Experience traveling two weeks or more to one of these countries: Norway, Iceland, Spain or Greece
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to be able to communicate with customers globally
- Capability to establish strong connections with colleagues and customers
Proficiency in delivering high-quality customer service
