A client of Insight Global is looking for two Event Production Assistants, who are ambitious, detail-oriented event producers who can handle an event from concept to execution. You will need to be versatile with the ability to manage a variety of tasks from working with the client on a variety of needs including but certainly not limited to venue and vendor selection, contract negotiations and on-site support on the day of events. This role also entails working with clients who just need a little extra support in the planning process; they may simply need ground transportation, assistance with décor elements or someone to oversee their audio-visual requirements.
As venue managers, there is a responsibility to be onsite during an these events as well. This full-time position offers a balanced schedule of Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, blending the collaboration of in-office work with the flexibility of remote tasks.

1+ years corporate meeting or event planning experience (in-person & virtual preferred)
Experience in the Hospitality sector (i.e. hotels, restaurants, event operations, etc.)
Open to working weekends or evenings (pending on when events are scheduled)
Must be open to 2-3 days on site in the office
MS Office Programs Experience
Must be reliable & professional with great customer service skills
Experience using HubSpot & OneDrive
