A leader within the identity and access software industry is adding a Technical Writer to their team. This resource will be responsible for writing content for new and existing technical features for a product line. General technical writing tasks for administrative systems will be a large focus in this role as well as conducting research and collecting information from various sources to create accurate and informative content.

5+ years of experience professional experience in Technical Writing for administrative systems
Hands on experience writing in AsciiDoc and docs-as-code
Familiarity with SaaS and On-Prem documentation processes/systems
Strong communication with an ability to work autonomously and with cross divisional partners
Experience working within identity management or security software industry
