Job Description

An employer based out of Colorado is looking to bring on a Customer Experience Specialist on their team as 6 month contract to hire 5 days on-site in Evans CO. This is a growing broadband company that provides fiber internet to home and small businesses. This individual will be joining a team that handles all incoming tasks that include onboarding all new customers, account questions, and interdepartmental communication. Daily tasks might include billing questions, billing inquires, and working through a ticketing system. This team is the face of the company and needs to provide a high sense care and urgency.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of customer service experience

High Diploma or GED

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working through a ticketing system

Prior experience of Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support
