Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for a client of ours in Greenwood Village. You will be responsible for providing a welcoming and organized environment for clients, visitors, and employees. You will play a key role in maintaining office operations and facilitating communication within the company.



Roles and Responsibilities:



Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Manage the reception area, including maintaining a neat and organized appearance.

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry.

Handle incoming and out going mail, packages, and deliveries.

Collaborate with other office staff to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience:



Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office products.

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
