A customer is seeking a fully remote Marketing Manager.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across our business verticals and specifically our development marketing
- Supporting Customer led solutions team
- Respond to Property Development RFPs from existing and prospective clients, managing the briefing process and working with external vendors to produce high-quality, on-time, and on-brand materials.
- Develop content for different formats flexing graphic design and copy-wring skills across creative briefs, infographics, video scripts, and sales enablement materials
- Assist with the editing and review process to ensure all content meets quality standards, aligns with SEO practices, and abides by company guidelines before release.
- Collaborate with the product and sales team to understand our product portfolio and articulate unique value propositions -- considering how to cross-sell and up-sell across our accounts.

- Proven experience in product marketing or a similar role in a B2B environment.
- Strong experience with creating content strategies and drafting and editing content.
- Familiarity with Account Based Marketing and B2B Marketing strategies.
- Experience responding to RFPs.
- Graphic Design experience
- Creating content decks to present to potential customers
- Copy- writing skills
- Proficient graphic design skills and understanding of design tools like the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong presentation skills
