A client in the Littleton CO area is looking for a Tier 2 Network Engineer to join their growing team and serve as the technical focal point for incident resolution. This person will assist in the diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents related to Cisco products. This person will also need to provide proper documentation for escalations or potential solutions for knowledge transfers. This team performs incident detection, triage, and remediation of medium complexity network incidents. This position will be 4, 10 hour shifts, Sunday through Wednesday from 9pm to 7am.
