One of our largest healthcare clients is seeking a Cerner Project Managers to join their growing West Coast team. This Project Manager, specializing in either Cerner or Epic, will be responsible for gathering requirements, project timelines, creating resource plans, facilitating meetings and communications with the greater team, as well as leading implementations, upgrades, and maintenance of the clinical applications. Previous experience in the delivery of a healthcare construction project is a critical requirement for finding success in this role. The Project Manager is a remote position, however, monthly travel to the facility sites in California will be required to complete job responsibilities. Experience working in a design and construction setting for a hospital or health system
Experience managing Cerner upgrades and implementation in a construction environment
Experience managing a multi-million budget
Experience working with business stakeholders, clinical staff, construction teams, and general contractors is crucial
At least 5 years of experience working for an enterprise level healthcare company (ideally a health system)
At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager
Air-tight documentation and reporting processes
