We are looking for a local Marketing Designer to join our fast-paced team in Denver, CO. Our client is a pioneer in the food as medicine space, as the creator of the country's first Digital Food Farmacy. Operating at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and nutrition, their goal is to be the solution that the world has been waiting for. The company's clients are employers and healthcare providers who offer the Digital Food Farmacy as part of a comprehensive health benefits package. Located in the Downtown/RiNo area, our client is a fast-growing startup and an exciting place to be if you're passionate about changing the future of health through food.
This person will deliver high quality visual assets for digital, web, social media, and advertising as well as, execute on design briefs and support concept development into production. We expect this person to ensure brand vision and guidelines are implemented consistently. This person will be collaborating with key stakeholders and senior leadership, as well as with the product design team and other internal teams as needed. Additional duties for this role will include assisting with, such as updating the website, contributing to copy, or creating social media posts and more. To be successful in this role, this person needs to have a "service first" mentality, to be comfortable with ambiguity, and can adapt to rapidly changing situations. Required Skills & Experience
5+ years experience at a creative agency or in-house company design studio
Strong understanding design principles, such as, typography, color, and layout
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience with websites utilizing HTML, as well as Wix, Shopify and Hubspot
Ability to intertwine artistic endeavors with data-driven insights
Ability to "think outside the box", especially in situations with constraints
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Adobe After Effects or other motion skills
Experience with Figma and Canva
Experience in a start up
Experience in the food industry or healthcare industry
*Please provide your work portfolio demonstrating your experience including brand development, a good eye for design, typography, conceptual thinking, attention to detail, visual communication, and marketing campaigns. Bonus points for strong infographic skills
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
