Job Description

We are looking for a local Client Support Specialist to join our fast-paced team in Denver, CO. Our client is a pioneer in the food as medicine space, as the creator of the country's first Digital Food Farmacy. Operating at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and nutrition, their goal is to be the solution that the world has been waiting for. Our clients are employers and healthcare providers who offer the Digital Food Farmacy as part of a comprehensive health benefits package. Located in the Downtown/RiNo area, our client is a fast-growing startup and an exciting place to be if you're passionate about changing the future of health through food. The role involves leading onboarding/implementation for new clients, building relationships with our existing clients, creating processes for the future Client Support team and ensuring that each client loves their experience and utilizes our product to its fullest potential. Some requirements are outlined below:



- Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients (partnering closely with the sales team)

- Manage and grow existing clients' accounts by building strong relationships and understanding customer needs

-Build process for client support, including onboarding, implementation and relationship growth



This person needs to be self-starter, resourceful, gritty, competitive, energetic and kind. To be successful in this role, this person needs to have a "service first" mentality, to be comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt to rapidly changing situations. Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of client facing/ customer success role

Experience creating and standing up a client support process

Experience onboarding and implementing systems for new clients

Proven success in retaining and growing customer accounts

Experience working with clients in the healthcare industry

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in a startup environment

Experience in sales
