Must be able to support panama shift schedule
Panama Shift This means: 3 days on, 3 days off; 4 days on, 4 days off in a 2-week period. The shifts are 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am and 9am-5pm M-F (so not 3days/4days). Those shifts rotate every 3 months. So -- for 3 months it is 6am-6pm then 3 months of 6pm-6am and then 9-5 and back again. I can't promise it will be in that order, depending on when start date is.
