We are looking for a local Account Manager to join our fast-paced team in Denver, CO. Our client is a pioneer in the food as medicine space, as the creator of the country's first Digital Food Farmacy. Operating at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and nutrition, their goal is to be the solution that the world has been waiting for. Our clients are employers and health plans who offer the Digital Food Farmacy as part of a comprehensive health benefits package. The role involves leading onboarding/implementation for new clients, building relationships with our existing clients, and ensuring that each client loves their experience and utilizes our product to its fullest potential. You will also be responsible for overseeing a team of customer success leads who manage day-to-day customer service for each of our clients' employees and/or members. - Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients (partnering closely with the sales team)
- Manage and grow existing clients' accounts by building strong relationships and understanding customer needs.
- Manage an offshore customer success team, ensuring efficient onboarding and problem-solving.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing & product to deliver an excellent client experience
This person needs to be self-starter, resourceful, gritty, competitive, energetic and kind. To be successful in this role, this person needs to be comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt to rapidly changing situations. Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of account management experience.
proven success in retaining and growing customer accounts.
Self-motivated and able to work both individually and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of an early stage startup.
