Job Description

Insight Global's direct mail marketing client is looking to hire a Director of Sales to join the existing executive team to collaborate and reach business goals. They will demonstrate leadership and will be responsible for hiring, training, and coaching a sales team. While leading a team of Sales Representatives, they will also be expected to achieve their own individual sales quota, in addition to guiding, developing, and motivating the team.



· Hire, train & coach a sales team.

· Expand existing relationships with clients.

· Identify and qualify prospects and opportunities.

· Lead prospects and sales team through the entire sales process.

· Build relationships with new partners. And rapidly acquire knowledge of current partnerships.

· Experience working with Franchisees.

· Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain rapport with clients.

· Critical and analytical thinking.

· Long term career focused.

· Strong business development background.

· Maintain vendor relations.

· Remain up to date with industry and marketplace trends and standards.

· Align with business goals and initiatives, while providing forward thinking vision.

· Coordinate monthly review of budget vs. actual revenue.

· Utilize Click2Sell and Kintone for lead generation and cold calling



This role is onsite Monday-Thursday with the ability to work remotely on Fridays. This person will be sitting side by side with CEO and learning their niche and biggest partners for the first year of the role, helping to build out a sales team, train them, scoping out territories for sales reps, showing them how to communicate w clients, understanding their why, coaching, mentoring, leading, creating goals for the reps, and helping them achieve those goals. This person will also be brainstorming ideas of how to develop the role and team as well as collaborating on sales strategies. Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of sales experience

- 3-5+ years of experience managing sales leadership experience managing teams of 3-5+ people

- Background in direct mail experience, preferably within sales but another area such as marketing will suffice

- History of prospecting

- Understanding of how vendors and plants work

- Upbeat, energetic, team player, collaboration skills, and great communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree

- From/already local to the Denver area
