A large financial institution in the Denver Metro area is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team for a 12 month contract with the ultimate goal of bringing this candidate on full time at the end of the contract. This person will be collecting data from different stake holders within the CPMO and trying to identify themes and process improvement on projects over 2 million dollars. As part of the Operations team, this role responds to internal customer inquiries, matures and improves CPMO and project management practices, and supports the processes required to operate the CPMO effectively including tool administration, data management, and reporting functions. This role has an emphasis on creating and maintenance of enterprise data assets while actively support reporting, data analytics to inform decision making, creating technical requirements to design data capabilities, and has a vision to see the possibilities.

The successful candidate will be a core part of the CPMO team which requires strong project management, communication, customer services, stakeholder management, and team building skills. Familiarity with agile software development practices is a plus.

Act as a first point of contact for inquiries and support requests for the CPMO, addressing questions, and meeting established SLAs while being an advocate for the development and use of project management best practices in an agile environment.
