Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and founder of their company. This fast growing start up is looking for someone with previous Executive Assistant experience and is comfortable in a high paced work environment. This person needs to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage and organize multiple priorities. Duties in this role include;
- attending meetings and take notes of discussions then prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries
- receiving incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviewing contents, determining importance, and summarizes and/or distributing contents to appropriate staff
- daily inbox and calendar management, email organization, and meeting schedule as needed
- arranging all travel and accommodations for Executives
- presenting information on a variety of projects
- Oversees operational tasks (onboarding, benefit enrollment, office management etc.)
- Managing founders social media presence
As the Executive Assistant, this person is expected to establish working relationships with the CEO, the employees at this company and board members to contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.
