Product Data Analyst

A client in the Denver, CO area is looking for a fully remote telecom product data analyst to join their team. As an experienced Telecom/Cable Product Data Analyst, you will be a key participate in a multi-year projects of rationalizing and transforming product and customer data for the client. You will work with Billing , Finance, Product Management, network engineering, sales and customer support to analyze and transform customer and product data. His position is slated as a 6 month on-going contract with the potential to go on permanent. While on contract, Insight Global will provide full benefits - dental, vision and health and PTO will be available upon conversion.

3+ years as a Data Analyst

Experience with cable, or telecommunications companies

Proficient in SQL , advance Excel analytics skills

Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization

Strong prioritization, planning and organizational skills with the ability to lead large, cross-functional teams while making decisions and resolving issues under pressure

Knowledge with Salesforce is preferred

Telecom billing experience is preferred
