Job Description
A large Technology Client of Insight Global is seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Developers to join the Service Assurance Operations Business Analytics team. This role will play a key role in developing management and BI reporting for our organization. This candidates will have expertise in SQL Server, SSIS development and complex SQL query language, as well as Microsoft Power BI.
As a member of the Service Assurance Business Analytics team, you will be responsible for end-to-end creation of reporting and data automation solutions. You will be responsible for scoping, developing, testing and supporting the solutions you create. You will combine deep technical knowledge with a capacity to understand the reporting and analytics needs of our front-line business teams.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years' experience with SQL Server DBA, including the design and development of complex SQL-based database objects and SSIS packages, including implementation, configuration, maintenance and system health and performance. 5+ years' experience in developing visual reports, KPI scorecards and dashboards using Power BI Desktop, supporting complex data extract, transformation and load (ETL) and the ability to identify BI application performance issues and performance-tuning.
- Experience with database systems, reporting and analysis tools such as: MS SQL Server (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS), Power BI, MySQL, SalesForce, Oracle BI, SAP Business Objects, MS Excel, MS Access, Tableau, etc...
- Experience with Programming languages such as: JavaScript, MYSQL, XML, HTML, CSS, C#, VBA, Query Languages (SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL, DMX, MDX), DAX, etc...
- Experienced in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing concepts and methodologies.

- Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
- Genesys Cloud experience preferred.
