Charles Schwab is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team immediately! This individual will be joining the Asset Management organization supporting their trading and front office team which includes providing data for trading and trading analytics, interaction with their order management system, and API and data management work. This individual will be supporting 2 scrum teams of 7-9 individuals. They are looking for a proactive, servant based leader who can take on challenging projects. This position is open as hybrid remote in Chicago (150 S Wacker Dr Suite #100, Chicago, IL 60606) or Denver (9899 Schwab Way Ste 100, Lone Tree, CO 80124) with the expectation to go into the office 1-2 days a week. 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within an agile environment
Experience with Jira + Atlassian
Experience in Financial Services or Asset Management
Experience as an Agile Coach
