Insight Global is looking to hire 2 Tier 2 Desktop Support Specialists for a top retail client in downtown Denver. This person will be supporting 700+ users in an enterprise-level environment working through 30-50 tickets per week through ServiceNow. They will be primarily troubleshooting Mac and Windows equipment as well as 140 Zoom rooms to provide A/V troubleshooting. This person will be providing both remote and in-person support for individual contributors, managers, and leadership-level individuals within the company, and there is opportunity for this person to grow into an Executive Support position within 6-12 months supporting C-level executives.This is a 6 month contract-to-hire opportunity and will require on-site work Mon-Thurs in downtown Denver. We are budgeted $25-28/hr W2 contract rate.
2+ years of desktop support experience in a Mac environment
Experience working through ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
Professional communication to support C-level executives
