Charles Schwab is looking for a REMOTE Salesforce Developer to join their team immediately! This individual will be joining a mid-sized Scrum team (1 Tech Lead, 2 Salesforce QAs, 4 Salesforce Developers) supporting a greenfield project geared at offering a new way for users to pick and select indexes (each index has many stock options, and this feature will allow them to select/deselect and customize the stock). Currently this is all done manually, and their goal is to automate that process. This is a long-term opportunity starting off as a 12 month contract with possibilities for both extension and conversion to a perm employee. The team is looking to hire immediately, apply today!
5+ years of experience with Salesforce development (SF development and coding exp, NOT just configuration changes. This role will be 80-100% development with no admin duties)
2+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) *must have experience developing LWC from scratch*
Experience supporting Sales Cloud
Experience using the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc) in an Agile environment
Transparent communication style; needs to be able to ask for help and solve an issue before it's the end of a sprint
