This person will create accounting training programs for a large accounting department at a Real Estate company in Denver, Colorado. There are 8 different positions that this person will create training programs for. This person will also work with hiring managers to produce accounting content for each of the 8 roles in the Accounting department. They will assess Accountant's skill levels and gap analysis for current position, as well as track skills to future positions, aligning with development goals; assign training to address gaps and create and oversee the training materials to support the program. They will use this data to do check ins/run analytics on progress to see if the training is working. This is a Hybrid role -- 2 days per week in the office.
