An oil and gas company is seeking 2 IT Deskside and Infrastructure Support Analysts to support their Greeley, Colorado location. These resources will be providing IT Support for around 800 users at the site, including but not limited to: Active Directory support, computer imaging, Windows server support, setting up audio/video equipment for staff, and upgrading hardware and software for the site. This role is 100% onsite at their Greeley, Colorado location.
Experience working with ServiceNow ticketing system
