A large healthcare company is looking to hire an onsite desktop support technician to support their pharmacy technician team of 22 people and will report to the Director of Support Services. This individual will be the sole IT representative onsite Monday-Friday 9:00-5:30pm in Boulder, CO and will be part of a desktop support team that is not located in Colorado. On a daily basis, this person will be responsible for setting up new workstations for a slew of new hires slated to be onboarded in the next few months, as well as responding to tickets via Jira ticketing system providing both in person and remote support to a broader user base. Daily ticket take could range from printer and scanner issues, resolving connectivity and authentication issues, installing printers, troubleshooting pharmacy operation platforms, imaging computers, etc.
3+ years of previous IT experience supporting software and hardware issues
Previous experience setting up work stations, installing software, connecting computer to Wi-Fi and printers
Extensive experience supporting/ troubleshooting Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office365, Outlook and AD (active directory) - have to be able to reset passwords, troubleshoot email issues, printer issues, VPN connectivity issues, have to have worked w/ a user object in AD
Previous experience using ticketing system - TRHC uses JIRA and Confluence
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Comfortable being the ONLY onsite representative for the CO location
