Insight Global is seeking a Transactional Customer Service Specialist to work remotely for a client based out of Sacramento, CA. The position will primarily support customer related transactions for the company's samples, products, and services produced at their manufacturing and research facilities. In addition to customer service direct transactions, you will perform 3rd party transactions where you will demonstrate your understanding to support buy-sell related transactions.
The position will also interface with multiple departments within the company for planning through order fulfillment activities.

Minimum of three years of experience working within a customer service department
Experience in a manufacturing industry (Chemical Manufacturing preferred)
Skilled with Microsoft applications
Familiarity with NetSuite or related ERP systems
Knowledge, skills, and understanding of customer service principles, procedures and practices
Experience with transactional interactions with customers -- receive purchase orders and related fulfillment activities, follow-up support, address customer issues
Strong written and communication skills
Ability to handle shipment shortages, rejections, and other customer delivery issues
