Job Description

Being lead by the global brand and marketing strategy, tailor and plan effective brand activity for the US market to drive brand awareness, brand noise, conversation and consideration in line with high level brand execution

* Understand brand and US market to deliver recommendations, budget suggestions and local strategy to drive brand growth

* Plan events, pop ups and parties in-line with brand and seasonal calendar both using in-house teams and external production companies where needed, effective planning, management and reporting

* Reporting into global brand director, manage US brand team of 3, nurture, develop and build their strengths inline with fast pace and positive hard working culture

* Lead US influencer marketing strategy across all tiers from nano / gifted to paid and hero talent

* Build an extensive roster of nano talent at scale and ensure all influencer activity is reported against KPIs

* Act as an ear to the ground to ensure we are working with the most relevant and influential talent for our customer to drive brand hype and genuine influence

* Drive footfall into showroom and utilise as a brand house to engage with talent and drive reach through activations and content creation

* Suggest campaigns and activations that will work in the US, collaborate with partners / sponsors and execute relevant brand activations around key moments e.g. coachella

* Own the US brand and cultural calendar ensuring all relevant moments are covered in US comma across all channel and curate / create relevant local marketing campaigns

* Deliver US specific social comms to global team and maximise influencer content

* Manage PR agency and drive coverage in the market to increase reach / brand awareness through high quality product and brand placement

* Input into creative ideas for the brand across comms and campaigns, suggesting what will resonate with the US audience

* Manage brand media plan across channels via a state by state approach

* Execute global campaigns within the market and collaborate effectively with global team to ensure all deadlines are met and executed to a high standard

* Management, operation and upkeep of the showroom space

Required Skills & Experience

* fast paced, self starter, able to multi task and adhere to deadlines

* Creative thinker with problem solving mindset

* Strong leadership and positive motivational skills

* Relevant relationships within the industry

* Minimum of 5 years Experience in fashion or retail sector leading a team

* Ability to travel within US and overseas to UK quarterly

* Strong brand management skills and blue sky approach with excellent understanding of the online fashion and competitor landscape
