Insight Global is looking for a Level 3 Chief Mechanic for a large aerospace company in Seal Beach, CA. This role will consist of assessing aircraft design changes to ensure ease of maintenance for airplane maintainers. Will work with both airplane design engineers as well as aircraft mechanics. The candidate will be familiar with current airplane maintenance practices.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience doing hands-on maintenance work for airlines on commercial aircrafts. This role will be 4 days a week on-site in Seal Beach, CA and 1 day remote. Must be comfortable traveling on few occasions if needed. Travel expenses will be covered by the company.
- 4+ years of Airline/Aircraft Maintenance Experience -- Physical Mechanical Maintenance
-Experience with any 7 Series Commercial Aircraft Maintenance
- A&P Certification
- Customer Support Background
