Job Description

Summary:

Our client is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, proactive, organized, and well-rounded individual. This individual is a strategic thinker and has a good understanding of strategic facility lab planning with the ability to utilize those skills to help advance the client's vision for advancement of therapeutics against life-threatening diseases worldwide. In addition, the successful candidate must possess the skills required to successfully interface with internal user representatives, execute project tasks, have a strong work ethic, and be a dynamic team player. This person can execute work on multiple facility planning projects simultaneously and to coordinate project work with other business partners. Project work will include a variety of planning data tasks including managing and creating a variety of user requested analyses, space inventory and lab equipment creation and assessment, space forecasting, space programming and test fit studies. The individual is tasked to ensure project goals have been met and completed to the users' expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

· Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

· Experience developing strategic facility solutions for organizations for communicating and presenting

· Experience with life sciences laboratory (biology, chemistry, vivaria, manufacturing), warehouse projects desirable.

· Experience with advanced technology industry projects such as science and technology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical preferred.

· Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Process Systems

· Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, v-look up and chart/data presentation), MS Power Point and Bluebeam

· Working knowledge with CAFM system(s) including space management and move management features, ie: Centerstone, Archibus

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
