The main function of a customer relationship manager is to own conversations relationships revenue metrics and performance KPIs for 1000 SMBs that advertise on Meta platforms. The typical CRM will ensure customer satisfaction by promptly answering product questions and resolving customer issues and grow business and revenue using scaled channels like emails webinars group posts etc

Timezone:
Pacific or Central - It would be ideal if this person was based in the Bay Area Los Angeles or Chicago. This would allow the CSR to have a team member in their same location.

Job Responsibilities:
Ownership of end to end conversations revenue metrics and performance KPIs for a portfolio of 1000 small and medium businesses
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently while escalating blockers and generating ideas for improvement
Helping customers stay up to date on offerings by pitching relevant solutions via scaled methods like emails video posts group posts webinars etc.
Effectively using data and dashboards to run simple analyses to diagnose issues and identify areas of opportunity
Working with cross functional teams on value driving initiatives - e.g. marketing for content engineering for tools etc.
Keeping excellent track of customer segments questions and issues raised to-do lists etc and report out to working team and leadership team on a regular basis

Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills customer service and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in promoting and selling products to a large book of business 500 accounts
Experience in deploying scaled communication channels like mass emails video posts text posts etc.
Good command over data - able to effectively use dashboards and run simple analyses to diagnose issues/ identify opportunities from data
Organized and able to keep to deadlines
Proficient in Google Suite
Ability to build internal relationship and work with a variety of business functions

Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree in sales marketing communications or related field preferred.
5-7 years of experience as a Account Manager Customer Success Specialist Community Manager or similar sales development type roles
Knowledge of the ad sales industry
Experience using Tableau a plus
