Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a remote call center representative to work west coast hours for a fortune 500 company, head quartered in San Francisco, CA. As the Call Center representative, you will be paired with administration responsibilities, responding to both internal and external customers and ensuring A/R issues are resolved in a timely manner. A large portion of your day to day will revolved around phone calls (initial screenings), Invoice reposting and follow-ups, DBS approvals, billing/payment history requests and PO updates.

Required Skills & Experience

2-4 Years of customer service

Experience in A/R including Billing, Collections, Cash receipts

Experience working in a CRM (Salesforce preferred)

Experience using Microsoft office including Excel and Word

Strong Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and professional attitude

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bilingual
