Job Description
Evergreen, Insight Global's Managed Services Division is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Account Coordinator to support an Account Director within the Engineering Division. This role will be responsible for general sales support, account support, and consultant engagement. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between our customers, Evergreen management, consultants, account management and back-office functions. This role includes daily interactions with onsite consultants, Evergreen Management and customers and requires strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:
* Sales Support
o Coordinate with Account Managers/Recruiters/PM to schedule and conduct interviews
o Manage sales calls sheets and assist with lead generation
* Primary focus on large utility customer to support the build out and maintenance of companywide org charts, communication to sales team on company updates, position changes, etc. in partnership with Evergreen leadership
o Recommendations around Sales Framework meetings and the creation of sales decks
o Assist in setting meetings with customers when applicable.
o Assists in sales documentation and expense submission.
* Account Support
o Consistent communication with the back office to ensure payroll, compliance and billing are set up for success
o Including proper account structure for onboarding start forms, submitting and coordinating project changes and remaps, etc.
o Address customer requests and escalations in partnership with account management
* Consultant Support
o Main point of contact for consultant related issues and escalations in partnership with Evergreen management team
o Conducts Engage Framework touch points and responsible for tracking and managing the process
o 100% engagement -- personal calls and/or partnership with evergreen on their weekly touchpoints
o Make sure end dates are accurate in the system -- update required documents when needed
o Ability to answer or triage employee questions (project related, HR/timesheet related, IT, etc.)
o Coordinates & tracks the resource onboarding process and responsible for communication regarding first day information

* Strong relationship building skills and ability to build with internal and external audiences
* Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint with solid computer skills
* Eagerness and aptitude to learn, grown and develop
* Bachelor's Degree
* Ability to drive/reliable transportation between San Francisco & San Ramon, CA
