A large healthcare provider in the San Diego area is looking for a fully remote Systems Analyst to join their Core Patient Portal team. The Systems Analyst will be responsible for Telehealth web applications which can include Mend, Doximity, Epic Video Client, and others. They will also be responsible for Epic Welcome, which includes all patient self-serving kiosks and applications. The Systems Analyst will be responsible for gathering specifications, facilitating decision groups, problem analysis and resolution, communication and education supporting IT groups,
providing quality support for assigned telehealth applications and the ambulatory telehealth program, including application analysis and troubleshooting.
* 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, or similar role
* 2+ years of experience with Telehealth
* 1+ years of experience with Epic Welcome
* Epic Welcome certification
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Ability to organize, lead/facilitate decision groups
* Bachelor's degree
