A company in San Diego is looking for a Controls Design Engineer to join their team. This person will be responsible for the design of turbine and driven equipment control system retrofits and upgrades as well as creating and editing electrical schematics for controls system retrofits and upgrades. This individual will work as part of a project team of around 14 people, led by Customer Services Project Management, to execute orders ranging from minor package system upgrades through full refurbishment of entire packages. The position works with various engineering, fabrication, assembly operations, logistics, and field installation personnel to ensure that project designs are high quality, safe, and cost-effective.
