The Executive Director will provide leadership, day-to-day management and oversight of the organization's clinical and facilities operations. They will assist the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Clinical Staff, and HR Manager with the organization's program construction, budgeting/forecasting, and the implementation of program and facility expansion. The Executive Director will be patient forward and responsible for managing 40 + clinicians across 5 facilities. The Executive Director will help create and run treatment/recovery programs.
Masters in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Major License (LCSW, LCPC, PSYD, RN, ETC.)
Experience creating treatment plans and adding policies/procedures - previous recovery background
5 + years of relevant experience (clinical operations, facility operations, or strong director clinical services for a treatment facility with focus on operation)
Previous experience handling budgets, program constructions, senior administrative tasks
Previous experience handling 5 -10 + million dollar programs
Management experience
