Our client is looking for Business System Analyst to support a State of California agency. As a Business System Analyst you will play a key role within the Systems Development team. This includes working closely with clients and the development team to gather requirements and build the design of the system.
* Analyze current business processes to create business requirements for the system development team.
- Lead and participate in requirements gathering a design sessions with key business users
- Produce requirements documents such as BRDs, SRSs, Use Cases, and RTMs
- Work closely with the development and test team to ensure business requirements are met
- Execute test scripts to validate the system development
- Must have 5+ years experience designing and supporting large scale, technically complex solutions. Ability to adapt to any client/technology they need to be working on
- Coming from a large consulting corporation (e.g. Accenture, Deliotte, KPMG, PWC, AWS, Salesforce)
- You are able to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who may have minimal technical knowledge using oral, written and visual presentations
- Experience UAT testing and/or writing test scripts
- Similar industry experience where they worked for a consulting firm, government/federal, or State client.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, computer science, or business information systems, etc.
